01 / EXECUTIVE ADVISORY

The AI C-Suite
has spoken.

Three Founder OS roles. Five executive perspectives. One question: Which seat can Patty win—and actually love once the honeymoon wears off?

01 / THE OPERATOR

Why her brain says yes

She doesn’t just process complexity. She finds the pattern, spots the broken handoff and builds the operating system that makes chaos optional.

AuDHD isn’t something to hide. It shapes how she thinks, designs and leads.

02 / THE FOUNDER

Why it matters to Matt

Less “Matt, we need you.”
More “Here’s what shipped.”

The seat connects revenue operations, Matt AI, trustworthy reporting and technical-team direction. That cross-functional shape is the point.

Five advisors. One vote.

THE RESPONSIBILITY SHAPE

COO

Give her the operating machine

Don’t bury a cross-functional operator inside one department. Give her the scope to connect it all.

CAIO

AI must earn its keep

Architect useful workflows. Direct specialists. Measure adoption and outcomes—not tool count.

CGO / CRO

Connect the revenue dots

Growth, customer experience, data and handoffs form one operating system.

CFO

Buy freedom, not a golden cage

The advertised $9.5K–$21.5K monthly contract range matters. So do realistic scope and decision rights.

EA / OBM

Protect the human

Founder chaos is a playground only when she has the authority and support to fix it. Clear priorities, dependable handoffs and fewer founder escalations matter.

Strategic integrator or human shock absorber? That’s the question that changes everything.

Role faceoff + how we reached the recommendation

Capability ≠ chemistry.

The prior role screen records Director of Operations at 90% · GO, Head of Customer Success at 86% · GO, and Revenue Systems Engineer at 74% · NO-GO. These are retained prior assessments, not newly calculated scores.

Cross-functional integration earns the recommendation. Reactive client escalation and personal production-engineering ownership change the shape of the other seats.

Think bot. Speak human.

QFL asks whether Patty could win. Crushr asks whether the day-to-day trade is worth making. Responsibility shape matters more than the score.

Directional AI-assisted assessments are not hiring odds or calibrated measurements. The underlying scoring runs and alternative job descriptions were not independently revalidated for this packet. Human judgment owns the decision.

Source basis: prior role screen, Ops CV and the Director of Operations job description. HubSpot administration depth, decision rights and technical-team scope remain interview questions—not assumed proof.
